• The price of the project depends on measurements, scope of work and change in designs/ material / finishes. Based on these revisions, you can expect the quote to raise or drop by approximately 5-10%.
• Floor protection & Door protection equipment will be used as a precaution to protect floor & doors, however as the site is accessible to other vendors commissioned by the clients. We don’t take the responsibility of its damage if any
• All lofts will be non-soft close by default.
• We aim to complete the project within 50 days from the date of signing off designs and upon receival of second installment (50% of quote value)
• Final coat of paint needs to be administered after the handover process in case we don’t take up painting works
• It should be noted that any major change in requirements during the execution phase will impact the project delivery date.
• In order to avoid any delay in project delivery date, payments should be made at informed dates
• To avoid delays, any required permissions from the builder should be obtained by the property owner before beginning the project
• The colours/textures represented in 3D designs may not depict the actual output and should be considered as a reference only
• Electricity connection needs to be provided by the property owner before beginning the project
• Disposal of all waste debris, including wooden debris will be charged extra as per the society/GHMC or local policies.
• At Olive Space, we wish to see every design executed as per your selections, however, since we too depend on other stakeholders (Manufacturers & Suppliers), there are times when we need to make changes due to unavailability of the material. In such cases, alternate options would be presented & executed on your approval.
• This quotation depicts the final requirements upon which the project will be executed. Anything which is not quoted will be charged extra if required by the customer.
• Any second party vendor commissioned by the customer to work at the site will work under the supervision of the customer. This is to avoid any damages they might cause to the site properties. They will also clean any debris from their work before they leave the premises
• Final check will be done before handover of the project. Once handed over, we are not responsible for any damages incurred on the hardware due to incorrect usage. However, we will support you with the services (free/paid) based on the issue.
